SHIPPING
How long can I expect my order to be received?
-Orders typically are processed / shipped within 3 business days, although with the recent increased, appreciated demand shipments are having an up to 2 week processing time. We thank you for your understanding and patience as we will be certain to deliver as we look forward to you - REPPING YOUR RESID3NCY - !
Shipping through USPS takes 2 - 4 business days depending on the customer’s residency. Upon ordering, we ensure you are updated throughout the entire process. You will receive a;
1. Order Confirmation Email
2. Shipped Confirmation Email Containing Tracking Information
3. Delivered Confirmation Email
At times, we do experience delays due to highly anticipated drops and major sales periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods, but ensure full delivery.
Why is my order delayed?
We truly appreciate your support and patience! Due to a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in processing. Rest assured, we are fulfilling orders in the order they were received, and delivery is expected within 2-4 weeks.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Once your order ships, a tracking notification will be sent to the email associated with your purchase. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for updates.
Where is my entire order?
-Depending on the order size and potential pre-order status, orders can be split shipped into multiple shipments. Our system will inform you which hats were shipped on the specific order with corresponding tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
-Yes, we have international delivery options at checkout. By inputting your international address, the system will automatically prompt the international shipping options we offer.
FIT
How do the hats fit?
-The hats are one size fits most (OSFM) as they’re a SnapBack / VelcroBack / BuckleBack fit. We’ve had customers from head sizes 6 1/2 to 8 all say the hat fit them great! We’ve found it’s based more on the preference of the crown whether high, low or mid.
Are the hats pre-curved?
-Yes, the “curved” and “dad” hat styles are pre-curved directly from us. The straight brim hats have a traditional un-curved, straight brim, but can absolutely be curved! It all depends on your preference and style!
Are the hats unisex?
-Yes, the hats are unisex. We have found typically found that smaller sized heads prefer the fit / style of the “dad” hat more often though!

-Yes, right here at resid3ncy.com is the main, authentic source for - RESID3NCY - products. To further authenticate your item, each item comes with a QR code on the inside of each and every hat. Feel free to scan it!
When is my residency / city releasing?
-We LOVE the interest! We go through a full design and approval process to ensure we and the residents of the respective city would be proud to wear the hat each and every day! There are plans to continuously expand the - RESID3NCY - city portfolio across the nation, but above all reach out to us and let us know which residencies are really calling!
